Stuffed Zucchini

Wash zucchini.  Slice in half and then scoop out the seeds.  Put zucchini on baking sheet with skin side down.  In a food processor mix together pistachios, walnuts, garlic, basil, scallions, sea salt & fresh ground black pepper.  Place nut mixture in area were seeds were scooped out.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until soft.
