Raw Zucchini salad

Raw Zucchini with carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, red peppers, celery, tahini with lemon juice, garlic, and himalaya salt.  Basmatic rice with turmeric, ginger, garlic, and coconut oil.  Sunflower seed butter.  Apples.  Peaches.   Sunflower seeds are anti-inflammatory.  They decrease the symptoms of asthma, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.  They calm nerves, muscles and blood vessels, lower blood pressure, prevent migraine headaches, decrease risk of heart attack and stroke because of the magnesium in them.
