Salad and veggie burger

“Let food be thy medicine, and let thy medicine be food.”  Hippocrates.  Red and white cabbage, romaine lettuce and carrots.  Steamed broccoli and zucchini.  Veggie burger with brown rice, sunflower seeds, carrots, spices and sea salt.  Avocado.  Tahini with lemon juice, fresh garlic, himalaya salt, and water.  Paprika.  Broccoli is anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-cancer, detoxifying and cholesterol lowering.  www.yonah.info
