Bio

Yonah has always been interested in Holistic Health. At the age of twelve she worked as a volunteer at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. Realizing she wanted to assist others in their healing process, she received a degree in Nursing at Florida State University. After graduating with a B.S.N. she returned to Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida where she began her nursing career.

In 1983 she opened up a Nursing Registry and in 1991 was nominated as ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR by Ernst & Young, and won runner up. In 1993 Yonah experienced, as some would call, a spiritual awakening, and decided to close the Nursing Registry to work on her own healing and spiritual growth. This lead her to more schooling where she received her PhD in Holistic Nursing and Metaphysics and a Masters in Holistic Nutrition at Westbrook University.

Yonah currently owns and operates yonah.info a website focused on Holistic Nutritional Consultations and Holistic Counseling.  Yonah has a passion to learn and to teach. She enjoys assisting others in their quest for spiritual growth and the improvement of their health and well being. Yonah offers on-line Holistic Continuing Education courses for professionals, as well as phone and email Holistic Nutritional, Health and Spiritual Consultations.

Yonah’s philosophy is to be understanding of others and realize that each of us can learn from one another. As an inquisitive person she would try and search for a deeper meaning, always asking the questions that would lead her to a better understanding of a situation.  The beauty of blending the science we have acquired with the Holistic knowledge we have been handed down offers greater opportunities for healing with positive results.

Yonah resides in Miami, Florida.  She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
