Raw dessert

One of my favorite snacks.  Raw cashews, raw almonds, raw pumpkin seeds, raw walnuts, roasted and salted macadamias, ground flax seeds, dates, nonalcoholic vanilla, and agave.  Flax seeds have omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, lignans, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, cancer prevention, and reduces hot flashes.  www.yonah.info
