Miso Soup

Miso soup:  garlic, ginger, scallions, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, sesame seed oil, bok choy, collard greens, kale, cauliflower, edamame (cooked), broccoli, miso, & himalayan salt.  Topped with avocado & cayenne pepper. Stuffed Zucchini

Wash zucchini.  Slice in half and then scoop out the seeds.  Put zucchini on baking sheet with skin side down.  In a food processor mix together pistachios, walnuts, garlic, basil, scallions, sea salt & fresh ground black pepper.  Place nut mixture in area were seeds were scooped out.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 …Continue reading
